RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL

Thank you for shopping with He’s Watching. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Because our items are produced in limited runs and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please make sure you select the correct size, style, and quantity before completing your purchase. Order details can only be changed by contacting us within 4 hours of placing your order.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heswatchingcontact@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents after delivery.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged by the customer


EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. Because all sales are final, we recommend double-checking all order details before completing your purchase. If you have questions about sizing or fit, please contact us before ordering.


SHIPPING ISSUES OR LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building manager.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at heswatchingcontact@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

We are also not responsible for orders returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
